    Shipping and Returns


    1. We ship domestically* and worldwide.

    Shipping is free throughout Italy.

    2. Goods are ready for shipment by the day after the customer orders. Unless otherwise specified, delivery will be made within 1 to 3 business days to the address given when ordering, depending on the shipping method selected and the country of destination. 

    3. As soon as our goods leave the warehouse you will receive an informational email with the SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION in which you will find the tracking number that can be used to check the delivery status of your package online. Tracking via this number is activated after about 24 hr from the confirmation of shipment.




    Notice of withdrawal may be sent within 14 days from the date of receipt of your order in writing by e-mail, fax or mail, or by telephone. We recommend that you use our form and return the received goods within 14 days.



    As soon as the appropriate personnel have checked the return, we will send an e-mail regarding the returned items. The amount will be refunded as soon as possible. Please note that:


    - The refund of the return will be made through the same channel used for payment

    - The refund will be made in the same currency used for the payment

    - The amount will be credited back to the account previously used for payment

     - The processing time required to obtain a refund may vary depending on the payment method and banking institution

    - If you purchased with a discount voucher, you will receive a refund relative to the amount paid, i.e., for the amount charged after the discount was applied. In addition, the discount voucher will no longer be valid.

    - If you purchased with a discount voucher and made a partial return, you will receive a refund proportional to the value of your voucher.



    - All items must be returned in the condition in which they were received: unused nor washed or altered and with all tags attached

    - Items must be returned to Raho 1963 Ltd. in a single package

    - Returns are accepted only if they come from the same country of delivery. For example, if the products were delivered to Italy, we will only accept replacements from Italy. Otherwise, the return will not be free of charge and shipping costs will be charged
